About the Author

As a child, Rennae started spinning ideas into poetry and songs. For her, words have always been an outlet to create, ramble, dream and let feelings flow out onto a page when speaking them are too much.

Rennae grew up in the prairies of Alberta, where miles of golden wheat fields and endless blue sky made space to imagine worlds outside of her own. She now lives in Nova Scotia with her husband and two daughters, where the landscape inspires at every turn.
